1. Introduction

Welcome to 7aeo (“Platform”), a SaaS tool provided by CARREDASH SAS, a société par actions simplifiée (simplified joint-stock company) registered under the RCS of Paris under number 983657636, with its registered office at 229 rue Saint Honoré, 75001 Paris (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Platform, the User (“the User”, “User”, or “Subscriber”) agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“T&C”), the Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. If the User does not agree, the Platform must not be used.

2. Scope of Services

  • Nature of Services:
    The Platform provides AI-powered content creation services for SEO and AIO optimization, enabling the User to generate written content and images. These services are offered on a subscription basis with an allocation of monthly credits. Additional features may consume extra credits.
  • Availability:
    Services are available globally without restriction. Prices are listed exclusive of taxes (e.g., VAT) and billed in USD ($), unless otherwise stated. Applicable VAT rates depend on the User's jurisdiction.
  • Pricing:
    Pricing details are available on the Platform's Pricing page (7aeo.com/pricing).

3. Subscriptions, Credits, and Payments

  • Subscriptions:
    Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the selected plan. It is the User's responsibility to monitor renewal dates.
  • Modifications:
    7aeo reserves the right to revise prices or features of subscriptions and services at its discretion. Users will be notified of such changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of a pricing adjustment constitutes the User’s acceptance of the updated pricing. Any changes will not affect subscriptions already paid for during the ongoing billing cycle.
  • Credit Expiration:
    Monthly credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. Additional credits purchased must be used within 12 months, after which they expire.
  • Cancellation and Refunds:
    Subscriptions may be canceled at any time, and access will continue until the end of the billing cycle. Refunds are not provided for unused time within a billing cycle. For technical service disruptions verified as lasting over 48 hours, refunds or credit adjustments may apply.
  • Payment Processor:
    Payments are securely processed through Stripe. By subscribing, the User acknowledges having read and accepted Stripe’s terms and conditions, available at https://stripe.com/legal.

4. Ownership and Use of Generated Content

  • Generated Content Rights:
    All content generated using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, DALL-E) is assigned to the User, subject to the licensing rights of third-party tools used by 7aeo. The User is responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws when using or distributing generated content.
  • Verification Responsibility:
    It is the User's sole responsibility to review, verify, and ensure the legality of generated content before publication.
  • Image Rights:
    Images provided may be sourced from AI tools or royalty-free databases (e.g., Pexels, Unsplash). Rights are transferred as received by 7aeo. The User must confirm compliance with copyright laws.
  • Prohibited Uses:
    Generated content must not be used for illegal, unethical, or fraudulent purposes, including:some text
    • Distribution of malicious or deceptive information.
    • Violation of intellectual property laws.

5. Platform Usage and Restrictions

  • Acceptable Use Policy:
    The User agrees to use the Platform responsibly. Scrapers, bots, or automation tools targeting the Platform are strictly prohibited. Any usage deemed abusive (e.g., generating over 100 articles per day for a single website without prior approval) may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
  • Abuse and Fraud:
    Abuse includes unauthorized access attempts, improper resource use, or violation of these T&C. 7aeo reserves the right to investigate and suspend accounts as needed.

6. Confidentiality and Data Use

  • User Data:
    All data generated by the User is confidential and will not be published publicly on our servers or websites without explicit consent. Anonymized performance data may be used for service improvements.
  • Data Protection:
    All personal data is handled in compliance with GDPR. For more details, see the Privacy Policy.
  • Data Collection for Service Improvement:
    7aeo may collect and analyze anonymized usage data to monitor platform performance, identify trends, and improve its services. This data will not contain any personally identifiable information and will solely be used to enhance the user experience and ensure optimal service functionality. By using the Platform, the User acknowledges and consents to this data collection.

7. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

  • Acceptance During Registration:
    By creating an account on the Platform, the User formally accepts these T&C in their entirety. This acceptance is validated through a mandatory check box during the registration process.
  • Acknowledgment of Updates:
    The User acknowledges that updates to these T&C may be made from time to time, and it is the User's responsibility to review the latest version available on the Platform. By continuing to use the Platform after any modifications to these T&C, the User is deemed to have accepted the updated terms.
  • Binding Agreement:
    This formal acceptance constitutes a binding agreement between the User and the Company, governing all interactions and transactions on the Platform.

8. Termination and Suspension

  • Grounds for Termination:
    • Non-payment or payment disputes.
    • Breach of these T&C.
    • Fraudulent or abusive behavior.
  • Effect of Termination:
    Upon termination:
    • Unused subscription credits will expire.
    • The User’s access to the Platform will be revoked.

9. Liability Disclaimer

  1. Content Accuracy
    The content generated by AI tools may contain inaccuracies, errors, or inappropriate material. 7aeo is not responsible for reviewing, verifying, or correcting the generated content. The User assumes full responsibility for verifying the suitability, accuracy, and legality of the content before its use.

  2. Third-Party Services
    As 7aeo relies on third-party tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Stripe) to provide its services, it disclaims liability for issues arising from these tools, including but not limited to service interruptions, inaccuracies in generated content, or data security breaches caused by those services.

  3. Expanded Liability Limitation
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, 7aeo shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether the Company has been advised of their possibility.

  4. Indemnification
    The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold 7aeo harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of:
  • The use, misuse, or redistribution of the generated content.
  • Any violation of applicable laws or third-party rights (e.g., copyright infringements).
  • Misuse of the Platform in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

  1. Content for Regulated Industries
    The User acknowledges and agrees that 7aeo does not guarantee the suitability, compliance, or accuracy of content generated for use in highly regulated industries, including but not limited to legal, financial, or healthcare sectors. Such content may not meet industry-specific standards, regulations, or ethical guidelines. The User assumes full responsibility for ensuring that the generated content complies with all applicable laws, standards, and professional requirements before its use or publication.

10. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days of written notice of the dispute, the following process applies:

  1. Mediation:
    • The parties agree to engage in mediation conducted by a neutral mediator, mutually agreed upon by both parties.
    • Mediation costs shall be equally shared between the parties.
    • The mediation process will be conducted in English or French, as agreed by the parties, and shall take place in Paris, France.
  2. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
    • If mediation fails, disputes will be subject to French law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Commerce de Paris.
    • In the event of conflict, the French version of these T&C shall prevail.
  3. Exceptions:
    • Either party may seek injunctive relief or any other equitable remedy in a court of competent jurisdiction for breaches of confidentiality or intellectual property rights.

11. Modifications

7aeo reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications.

12. Disclaimer

Content generation is an automated process subject to variability. The User assumes full responsibility for reviewing and validating content before publication. Images are provided under the same conditions as generated content; the User must verify compliance with applicable laws.
